Yolande has led multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and evaluate innovative Population and Community Health programs, leveraging social determinants of health, advanced data analytics, and intuitive technology to improve health and wellbeing among low-income, vulnerable populations. Programs initiated by Yolande and her teams have and continue to measurably impact communities in Dallas Fort Worth and nationwide and her expertise is frequently solicited by healthcare leaders, medical schools, and at national and international meetings. She has multiple peer-reviewed publications and is the co-author of several data and technology patents.
